Bring a little comfort to the cold plunge with the Plunge Buddy. It's made from 7mm neoprene and all you need to do is tuck it into your compression shorts or swim trunks and your dudes are ready to dunk. We call it cup & go technology, but it kinda just stays in place on it's own.

The Plunge Buddy is one size fits all - save your comments on that for our posts on social media (and yes, come on over and raz us). It is meant to fit snug-ish so it may be smaller than you expected (not something anyone ever wants to hear) but this helps keep your crew comfortably crowded together to create a thermal barrier.
