RETURNS
DIY Cold Plunge offers a 15-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 15 days from when the carrier delivers your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (new and unused, see below for damaged items) and with original packaging and packing filler. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact orders@diycoldplunge.com. Please Include your order number and reason for the return in the email.
If your return is accepted, a shipping label will be provided to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to Insulated Covers.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide photos and email them to orders@diycoldplunge.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All digital download orders are final and non-refundable. No returns are accepted on digital orders.
REFUNDS
You will be notified when your item has been received and inspected for your return, and if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your refund is not approved, we will present our documented inspection process and work with you through it. My goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your experience and our customer service.
