Great customer service!

I just placed my order and had a couple questions about the light working with the rubber maid stock tank. I emailed Joe and he was very quick to respond that it does work with it. He also helped me decide to go with a 1/4 HP chiller! Overall great experience and very helpful!

Amazing components and service

I picked up the bundle that included the danner 1200 pump, ozone with venturi, and spa light. When I thought the pump used suction, not gravity, Joe was quick to respond to help me out. Then many months later as I’m getting around to building my enclosure I was playing around with the spa light switch and broke it. I emailed Joe and his response was “a new one is on the way” free of charge. When you have service like this, you make a customer and fan for life.
