I am 5’9” and I’d say if you’re a little taller go with the XL. I am very comfortable in it. I love the sauna it heats up to over 210F in 45 min. Was easy to assemble and I was able to save even more money where I could. Thanks Joe!

I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied with this entire build. The cold plunge to the sauna. This heater kit was so easy to assemble and Joe is the best person and always responds in a timely manner. He’s been a pleasure to work with for over 2 years now! This heater kit gets hot! 210F degrees in 45 min! I bought the ruby lux bulbs. So far satisfied!
