Finished up DIY sauna build and have used this a couple times now. I let the sauna pre-heat for 1-1.5 hours, then hop in. After 15 minutes, I'm dripping sweat and ready to get out. It's working great and easy to turn on/off or schedule with the app. I schedule it to kick in from 4:45-6:45am, so it's ready to go after a morning workout or for a session before work.
Well designed plans for building the frame for a DIY cold plunge. My son and I purchased and then cut all the lumber according to the cut sheet and the next day I constructed the frame. It is solid! Great instructions that made the process enjoyable.
Works great. Heats the DIY sauna to 235 degrees in an hour and a half with 2 375 watt bulbs and 2 250 watt bulbs. Good instructions, easy to assemble although getting the tape off is a little tedious.
Thank you DIY Cold Plunge and Sauna. This review is for the sauna build which was very fun to put together with my son. We had our first run tonight and it was HOT. We feel great.
Instructions are easy to follow. Can’t recommend this enough.
