I'd been looking to get a sauna for quite some time, but space and cost were a concern. When I saw these plans I knew I had to try building one myself. It took me a few weekends to put together (I'm no expert craftsman) but just finished up today and very pleased with the results/look. I also purchased the DIY heater kit which was very simple to assemble. Even with purchasing some additional tools, this build only cost a fraction of what I was gonna spend on similar saunas online. Glad I went this route.
Originally I didn’t plan on purchasing this stock tank design as I am a very handy and capable individual when it comes to building most things. That being said I am very glad that I did as it saved me a bunch of time. Joe has created a very detailed and high quality set of plans which covers everything from a supply list with direct links, plumbing/filtration setup to videos of each step. These plans can also allow for customization of the exterior finishing to suit each individuals preferences or skill set. For anyone looking to build a diy cold plunge I highly recommend this stock tank plan.

I upgraded my filtration system from the podcompany’s standard chiller filter and pump to what Joe recommends and it works amazingly. I wanted to add an ozone generator and quickly discovered that I just needed to upgrade the whole system. I reached out and corresponded with Joe. I was shocked that he would take the time to give me some recommendations and answer questions. Amazing customer service!
