These pieces solve a huge problem I have had since purchasing my active aqua chiller. Last summer the fittings that came with cracked and rotted in the sun. I then spent several weeks trying to get the plumbing fittings to work with the chiller. But the threads were not matching up. This solves my problem perfectly.
The only issue I had was the fittings were a little big to use pvc piping. So I ended up using flexible pvc hose. Would definitely recommend this to a friend doing a DIY cold plunge.
