Finished up DIY sauna build and have used this a couple times now. I let the sauna pre-heat for 1-1.5 hours, then hop in. After 15 minutes, I'm dripping sweat and ready to get out. It's working great and easy to turn on/off or schedule with the app. I schedule it to kick in from 4:45-6:45am, so it's ready to go after a morning workout or for a session before work.
