Meet the Plunge Buddy, man's new best friend. What is it? It's a nut cup for the cold plunge. It keeps your testicles from becoming chesticles... and you never knew you needed one - until now. Who wants to freeze their balls off anyway?

Bring a little comfort to the cold plunge with the Plunge Buddy. It's made from 7mm neoprene and all you need to do is tuck it into your compression shorts or swim trunks and your dudes are ready to dunk. We call it cup & go technology, but it kinda just stays in place on it's own.

The Plunge Buddy is one size fits all - save your comments on that for our posts on social media (and yes, come on over and raz us). It is meant to fit snug-ish so it may be smaller than you expected (not something anyone ever wants to hear) but this helps keep your crew comfortably crowded together to create a thermal barrier.

Haven’t hooked it up yet but everything arrived in a timely manner and all of the parts appear to be good quality. So far my experience with the customer service has been great! I will be ordering from DIY Cold Plunge again.

Knock on wood, this cover has been not only a great aesthetic, but has been crucial in maintaining water temperature, and overall water cleanliness (I think). Was apprehensive about the price at first, but glad I did it. Plunge complete, no more cosmetic maintenance on wood. Completely weatherproofed.
