Please note - this plan is for either the 100 gallon Rubbermaid Stock Tank or the 150 gallon Rubbermaid Stock Tank (I got mine at Tractor Supply).
This is the step-by-step plan to build a frame for your tank that includes a mechanical area designed for a Penguin 1/2 HP HE Chiller, Pump, Ozone & Filtration System. Make sure to check measurements of your equipment before starting your build.

Joe has done a fantastic job of designing and detailing what I consider to be one of the best DIY cold plunges. I have had my cold plunge for nearly two years now and it is still running strong. I struggle a lot with anxiety. One of the things that I’ve learned that helps, especially when panic starts to set in, is sticking my face in cold water.
