Love the plan. Very detailed easy to follow instructions. Enjoyed building it so much I’m going to build another with a window in it. I currently use (2) 250 watt bulbs and (2) 375 watt bulbs.

I am by no means a craftsman but Joe’s detailed plan was fool proof. As well I’ll comment that the XL build is a perfect fit for a large frame man. I’m 5’ 11” all of 370lbs and it’s very comfortable.

This was an amazing diy plan. We have wanted a sauna but didn’t have the room. We recently moved due to a job transfer and do not have a garage anymore so our living room has become the garage. This sauna is a great addition!

Couldn't be happier with the cover. The insulation is solid and durable, the construction is sound and the fit is snug. Does a great job helping to keep the temperature of the plunge down against warm weather.
Joe has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout all stages of my build. Made the whole project a breeze!

So far, a great pump for my cold plunge, MUCH better than what I got on Amazon. Seriously, don't waste your time there. Also, I had an issue with the setup: I emailed Joe, sent him some pictures per his request, and because he takes customer service so seriously, my cold plunge was correctly running with this new Danner pump within a few hours. I can't get that on Amazon. I'm a new fan of Joe's DIY Cold Plunge, and he's earned my future business.

This was a great DIY project. Joe has put together a great instruction plan that was easy to follow. He was extremely helpful when it came to any questions or support I needed. It heats up fast and is a perfect size. I am 6'2 and used the XL plan. I also purchased the heater kit as well as the side vents and fan. I highly recommend for anyone who's wanting to get into saunas. I chose to add the wheels on the bottom. I used a horse stall mat from tractor supply under the sauna so the wheels didnt dent my carpet in my basement. All in all very happy with how it turned out.

Bought the bundle with the danner pump. Everything came packed up perfectly and it all works great! Joe has been great in assisting me to get my system running smoothly!

Joe is super responsive to emails and provided support throughout the building process. The accompanying videos make this doable for almost anyone. I had fun, sharpened my practically non-existent skills, and ended up with a nice plunge.

This is GREAT! The GE style whole house filter gathers a lot of condensation on the filter housing and this simple solution solved it. Highly recommended.

Great quality spa hose. Significantly better quality than what I’ve seen on Amazon. Flexible but still very strong and bonds to PVC fittings as expected.

Step by step guide worked great to get the cold plunge built. It took a bit longer than I had expected but it was well worth the effort to build it yourself!

Built the XL Sauna and bought the heater kit. Followed all of Joe’s steps and recommendations and I love my new sauna.

I am very much a novice when it comes to building things. And while it may have taken me a bit longer than most, the detailed plans and videos allowed me to succeed where I couldn't have on my own. I did make one mistake... I let Home Depot select my framing material so I could just pick it up. Some of those boards were as straight as a wet noodle! But it still worked out great in the end. The sauna is build to last. Now the modifications can begin!
