Newer design with a twist

So after 4 years of buying ice I found this site. Joe has done years of research and development that is sooo worth the cost of the plans. I design flight simulators for a living and was impressed with the amount of detail in his instructions… I did modify a few details but overall his plans saved me tons of overspending and trying to pick components… definitely worth it… hope others are brave enough to take this DIY project on… worse cause reach out to a friend that works in wood to help… good luck everyone

DIY CP has your back

I had been looking at buying a cold plunge for months when I cam across DIY Cold Plunge. I am pretty handy but the thought of building my own cold plunge seemed a little intimidating. But after looking at the DIY CP content and reading the reviews for a couple days I deiced to take the plunge and ordered the plans.
The step by step plans made the process super simple and the support from Joe on any questions I had along the way was always on point and very timely.
My plunge has been running continuously for more than 6 months now without a glitch. Water is super clean and the temp is very consistent.
I especially love the multi color spa light. Thanks again to DIY CP.
Thinking about a DIY Sauna build next!

Cold Plunge Review

I purchased the cold plunge bundle, stock plans, tank lid, & chiller connectors from this site. I would recommend all products. Joe quickly responded to all my emails & the fb group was very helpful! Now the whole family is enjoying our cold plunge :)

Cold and Steady through Phoenix, AZ summers

When I first looked into the Cold Plunge, I wondered if it would hold its temperature through the hot (110°+) summers of Phoenix. Since my plunge would be sitting on my patio (in the shade), I checked in with Joe. He recommended going with the larger chiller, which I did. I started the build over Christmas break. I'm not a handy person at all. I didn't have some of the correct tools. I've never done any plumbing work before. The instructions were clear and concise. I watched each video one to two times before I would start that section, paying special attention to how things came together. Step by step, I completed the project. I'm 2/3 of the way through my first, hot summer, and it's holding steady at 50°. I would run it a bit colder, but my wife has started plunging as well, and she likes that temp. I'm surprised at how little the chiller runs. It has no issue holding temp during the hot summer months. I use it every day and would highly recommend the build. In fact, I have shared your site with many of my clients and friends while encouraging them to bite off their own project through your DIY instructions. Thanks for all the hard work so we could enjoy this!

A family affair

My wife and I are in our mid to late sixties. Our cold plunge journey started when our grown children would cut a whole in the ice in a northern Michigan lake close to our house and do their cold soaks. After a few years I saw it wasn’t a passing fad so, with Joe’s help, I built one for our lower back patio. Our cold plunge has been activity we have all enjoyed when family comes over. Sauna, cold plunge, sauna, cold plunge. Joes videos are top notch. And with his plans and advice I was not only able to build a cold plunge but also great family memories that will last a lifetime. My wife and I love it, my grown children love it and, yes, even our older grandkids love it. Thanks Joe!!
